LTB Blinds & Curtains formerly known as Launceston, Tavistock & Bodmin Blinds was started by Paul Arscott in 1990 and was known as Launceston Window Blinds. The business moved to Unit C, Tinhay Industrial Estate in Lifton where most of the blinds are manufactured. Bodmin Blinds was introduced in 1995 followed by the opening of Tavistock Blinds in 1996.

We offer a free home consultation and measuring service with a 'no obligation to buy' policy. Our fully trained fitters always carry a wide range of fabrics on board which the customer can select in the comfort of their own home. Installations are carried out by our fitters and unlike some companies, we are on hand should there be any need for help and assistance in the unlikely event of a fault.

LTB Blinds do Curtains cover most of Devon & Cornwall and we have, in recent years, extended our service to Somerset. We provide Blinds for The National Trust, Primary and Secondary Schools, West Country Ambulance Service and Hospitals amongst many others.

Since March 2004, Paul has added curtains to the vast range of window blinds supplied and manufactured. Paul is no stranger to window furnishings, having had 10 years experience fitting made to measure fabrics before setting up his own business with blinds. The Curtain range includes fabrics from Montgomery, Rectella, Academy Clairtex, Jim Dickens, Prestigious, Indes & Hallis Hudson. A selection of headings and styles are available, also tracks, poles and accessories can be supplied and fitted. Matching soft furnishings can be ordered in many fabrics to compliment any window furnishing.

A comprehensive display can be found at our Head Office on Tinhay Industrial Estate, Lifton. The Unit was expanded two years ago and the existing Blinds showroom now has a huge range of curtain fabric samples on display.
